1 - Nonmember pre-/postdoctoral students must have their registrar, dean, or department head certify that they are enrolled at the university and working toward a degree or fellowship in a field related to cancer research. Documentation of enrollment must be provided upon registration.                                                                                                         

2 - If you are a patient advocate registering for this conference, you must send a biography and pamphlet of your organization to info@cancerimmunotherapyconference.org for verification.

Registration Process
Any individual wishing to attend the conference must register online. Registration for the conference is on a first-come, first-served basis, according to date of registration. Registration will not be complete without full payment.

  • AACR members must include their member ID number when registering to obtain the member rates (member dues must be paid through 2018 prior to registering).

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be made in writing. There will be a $75 processing fee for cancellations received before September 10, 2018. After September 10, no refunds can be given.

Meeting check-in will be available during the following time periods:

Sunday, September 30               7:00 am - 6:15 pm
Monday, October 1                      7:00 am - 6:15 pm
